MIKE 21/3 Coupled Model FM hotfix 13-10-2014

This hotfix corrects an MPI exchange error in the Spectral Wave model. The error could occur in cases where the Coupled Model FM was applied using the combination of the Hydrodynamic module and the Spectral Wave module together with the Sand Transport module using morphological feedback and varying layer thickness.
